|  |  |  |  |  |  | Resources  Howden Strengthens Board 26 November 2007 – Howden, the leading independent Lloyd’s broker specialising in business critical insurances, has strengthened its UK Board with the appointments of Charlie Langdale and Mike Lobb subject to the approval of the Financial Services Authority.
Managing Director of Howden International, Charlie Langdale is a leading market expert in Bankers Blanket Bond, Crime and Directors’ and Officers’ insurances. A highly respected industry professional, he joined Howden in 2002 after six years at Aon. Since taking responsibility for leading Howden International, the business has more than doubled in size.
Mike Lobb joined Howden three years ago and is currently responsible for the operational management and strategy for the Howden’s direct commercial businesses in the UK. He was previously responsible for business development and client relationship management within the business unit focused on the investment community.
