What do Insurers perceive to be high and low risk categories of work undertaken by architects?

*At the high risk end of the scale is project management, where an architect appoints other consultants directly, on behalf of the client. Areas of work perceived to be of lower risk are town planning, feasibility studies, expert witness and interior design. Pure architectural work is viewed as medium risk, although this perception can vary where buildings designed are complex and/or substantial in scale.
